“CNW” represent the initials of Crystal N. White. As a mental health counselor she is passionate about seeing people healed through spiritual and mental health care so they can ENJOY THEIR LIFE.

The kind of spiritual and mental health care that brings “life” and healthy functioning to those who are on a journey to leave past trauma and drama behind; to embark on a journey for a better life experience.

Using the knowledge and experience she’s gained in the mental health field, it’s Crystal’s mission to uplift her community through authorship of self-help books, fictional works and entertainment to promote healthy and vibrant lifestyles by making information and products for spiritual and mental health easily accessible.
