Returns+Refund Policy
Purchases on this website are non-refundable and unexchangeable unless the items were damaged upon receipt. If this occurs, please make us aware of your need for a replacement for the damaged item(s) within 3 business days of receipt of the damaged or incorrect items by emailing customersupport@cnw.life. Please write in the Subject line your first and last name used when item was ordered and the words ”Requesting Replacement” (i.e. Jane Doe-Requesting Replacement). Please include in the body of your email the name of the product, the extent of the damage, your order/confirmation number and attach clear color photos showing the damaged item(s). Please allow up to 3 business days for a response. For you to receive your replacement item(s), the item(s) must be returned and received by CNW.LIFE™. If your order had multiple items only the damaged items will be replaced. Please allow up to 10 business days for replacements to be issued. If there is a case where replacement is not possible, then you will be given the option to receive a store credit or a refund.
Refunds nor replacements will not be made for not liking/agreeing with the content of the products after receipt thereof.
